• City of Del City – Ray Trent Park Trails – 1.5 miles of bicycle and pedestrian trails. ODOT Grant, completed 1998.
• City of Del City – Heartland Memorial Trail – 1 mile between S.E. 29^th and S.E. 44^th Street with monument and plaza to honor the 5 victims of the May 3, 1999 tornado.
• City of Del City – Veterans War Memorial and Sarcophagus for the Vietnam War Memorial Casket
• City of Del City – War Memorial/Battlefield Cross and Armored Personnel Carrier
• City of Moore – River Walk, Bridges and Streetscape Design for the commercial developments at S. 19^th Street and I-35.
• City of Moore – Moore Veterans Park – Design including park bridges and channel improvements.
• City of Kingfisher – Consulting Engineering Services since 2006, 47 projects to date.
• City of Del City – S.E. 44^th and Bryant sidewalks – ODOT Grant for 1 mile of sidewalks with A.D.A along S.E. 44^th, Bryant to Sunnylane and on Bryant from S.E. 44^th to S.E. 29^th Street.

Engineering Expertise and Experience

Each project is unique and provides a different challenge. We typically present a Scope of Services and Fee quote for each engineering or survey project. In that letter is a schedule for that project. Our schedules are realistic and mutually agreed upon with our client.  We strive and pride ourselves on meeting these deadlines. Sometimes delays happen such as 2007 summer rains that crippled our industry and the construction industry. Even when it quit raining, we had to wait for the ground to dry up. These kinds of delays are unavoidable, especially on the survey side. 

With respect to engineering, there are regulatory reviews or reviews by the client that our outside of our control. We typically respond within 24 hours and in the case of an emergency, we respond immediately.  We always send Principals of the Firm, the Project Engineer or the Project Surveyor; we do not send draftsmen, survey crew members etc. to meet with clients, plan reviews or meetings. We are accustomed to working throughout the State of Oklahoma, we have the staff and capability to be responsive and meet your needs.  

The most common risk outside of our control that we encounter is Owner changes after the design has been finalized, Owner initiated change orders. To minimize this we work throughout the design process to keep the Owner informed, we get feedback from the Owner and the end users at the facility and we try to discuss possible changes/contingencies. Therefore it is our goal that any Owner initiated changes would have been asked and handled in the plan preparation phase and therefore would minimize change orders and disruptions to the construction process.  We do not like change orders and strive to minimize them.
