Mr. Donald Vick, PE, PLS - Chairman of the Board. Mr. Vick is the Senior Land Surveyor and Civil Engineer. He is registered as Surveyor PLS #289 and as Professional Engineer #13048. Mr. Vick will assure that all project design requirements are met. He is a Senior Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor with more than 40 years of design experience. Mr. Vick presently serves as City Engineer in five metro Oklahoma City towns and cities. Under our subsidiary firm, The Alpha Group International, he has been the Senior Civil Engineer for the Oklahoma City Housing Authority for the past 22 years. He has been the consulting Engineer for many State of Oklahoma agencies such as DHS, DCS, the Department of Corrections and he has worked with ODOT as a consultant on many projects. He has been very active in Rotary and is a Charter Member of the Del City Rotary Club. He is an 11 time Multiple Paul Harris Fellow and has been active in the Boy Scouts of America for over 40 years. His expertise has resulted in him being an expert witness for many insurance cases involving drainage or flooding and he has testified as an expert on engineering issues and practices in numerous District court and Federal court cases.
Mr. D. Don Vick, MBA, President. He will supervise project coordination, administrative, contractual issues and will assist with client relations. He has managed the operations of JGVE, Inc. since 1995 and has been President since 2006. He is active in the Boy Scouts of American having been a member for 30 years and recently completed a 4 year term as the Council Vice President of District Operations serving 33,000 Boy Scouts in 27 counties in Central, Western and Southern Oklahoma. He is a 6 time Multiple Rotary Paul Harris Fellow and is a 14 year member of the Midwest City Rotary Club. In 2005 D. Don was named one of the Top 40 Under Age 40 Business and Civic leaders in the Oklahoma City Metro Area. In April of 2010, he was elected the Associate Board of Directors of the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum.
Mr. Bill Brollier, PLS – Project Land Surveyor and Vice President. Mr. Brollier will work closely with the project engineers and supervise the data collection process for the field data. This data is the basis for the engineering plans and their development. Mr. Brollier has been the project land surveyor on many municipal and state agency projects including ODOT projects, the layout of a gold mine in California, the General Motors Oklahoma City Paint Shop and Wind Energy Projects in Woodward, Sweetwater and Weatherford, Oklahoma.
Mr. Jon Doyle, PE – Project Civil Engineer and Vice President. Mr. Doyle will act of the project engineer under Mr. Vick and will have the responsibility as the Project Civil Engineer. Mr. Doyle, P.E. # 20907 is the project civil engineer. Mr. Doyle is a civil engineer with more than 11 years of experience, having worked for JGVE, Inc. throughout his college career and engineering intern program. In these years, he has been the project engineer on many municipal infrastructure and private development projects including a project in Del City on S.E. 15th Street that was the first bonded concrete overlay application for an arterial street in Oklahoma.
