JGVE, Inc. has recently completed several large roadway and survey contracts in central, Oklahoma for the City of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. These projects include:
  • The University of Oklahoma/Poe & Associates - GIS mapping of the University of Oklahoma Main campus and South campus. GIS work locating sewer, water and utilitySouthwestern Bell Ball Park features.
  • Oklahoma Department of Transportation - SWO 3945(1), J/P 17611(01), Murray county. Topographic and surface features survey along U.S. 177 through the Platt National Park from 100' North of S.H. 7 (Broadway) to 1000' South of S.H. 18A.
  • City of Oklahoma City - Civil engineering plans for sewer, water, paving and site grading plan for the 911 Communications Center located at Shartel Ave. and Robert S. Kerr Ave. To be completed in late 2004.
  • City of Oklahoma City - Martin Luther King water main project. Along M.L. King Ave. from N.W. 10th Street to N.W. 36th Street. Project involved extensive topographic surveys.
  • City of Moore, Oklahoma - Services as Supervisory and Coordinating Engineer overseeing 8 roadway projects for street improvements in the City of Moore. This is a $8 million bond issue project. Work including review of engineering plans, construction inspection and supervision of geotechnical testing.
  • Oklahoma Department of Central Services - CLEET Facility in Ada, Oklahoma. On-call survey services includingCMP Industrial Park staking for clearing and construction of the roads, buildings and parking lots.
  • Oklahoma Department of Central Services - Engineering design, plans and problem solving for the modification of the plans to install handicap ramps and sidewalks along North Lincoln Blvd. from N.E. 30th Street to N.E. 38th Street.
  • Oklahoma Department of Corrections - Topographic Surveys at the Department of Correction prison facilities located at Granite, Helena, Hominy and Farriss, Oklahoma.
  • Oklahoma Department of Central Services - Expert review and evaluation of the construction methods and soil testing at the J.D. McCarty Center in Norman, Oklahoma
  • Oklahoma County - Engineering and surveying for the resurfacing of S.E. 29th Street from Bryant Avenue to Sooner Road in Del City.
  • City of Oklahoma City - Engineering design for the installation of traffic signals and turn lanes on S.E. 44th Street at Mackleman Avenue. Wildhorse Park Lake and Pedestrian Bridge and Trails
  • City of Oklahoma City - Civil Engineering and Site Design for the Southwestern Bell Bricktown Ballpark. Work including site design, sewer plans, water plans, paving, handicap compliance and under field drainage system.
  • City of Mustang - Wildhorse Park and Municipal Complex. Work as City Engineer including boundary survey, construction staking, water and sewer improvements and consulting engineering expertise on the 160 acre park, swimming pool, library, City Hall, soft ball fields, jogging trails and ponds.
  • City of Oklahoma City - Land surveying and engineering plans for drainage improvements, FEMA Studies signalization and paving redesign of North Western Avenue from 2 lanes to 4 lanes to ODOT Standards from Memorial Road to N.W. 150th Street.
  • City of Oklahoma City - Martin Luther King water main project. Along M.L. King Ave. from N.W. 10th Street to N.W.Construction of Mustang well #12 36th Street. Project involved extensive topographic surveys.
  • City of Choctaw/Oklahoma County - Replacement bridge plans on Indian Meridian Road, North of N.E. 23rd Street over Choctaw Creek. Work including FEMA studies.
  • Del Creek Estates - Engineering drainage study and FEMA map revisions on Crutcho Creek for the Del Creek Estates Addition between Reno and N.E. 10th Street on Sooner Road. Engineering design for subdivision development.
  • Oklahoma Department of Transportation - Design of packaged treatment plants at the Sequoyah County rest area on I-40 near Celesta and in Love County on I-35. Design included 2 treatment plants at each rest area. These were part of a larger project that included the rehabilitation of the rest areas.
  • City of Del City - Engineering design for storm sewer improvements in the near S.E. 20th and Mansfield.
  • City of Del City - Engineering design for the Heartland Memorial Trail along Sooner Road honoring the victims of the May 3, 1999 tornado.
  • City of Del City - Engineering design for plans and specifications for the water line along Sooner Road from S.E. 29th Street to I-40.
  • Oklahoma County/City of Del City - Engineering design forConstruction of Mustang 16 inch Water Line plans and specifications to prepare plans for the resurfacing of S.E. 29th Street from Bryant Avenue to Sooner Road.
  • Oklahoma County/City of Del City - Engineering design for plans and specifications to prepare plans for the resurfacing of S.E. 15th Street from Bryant Avenue to Vickie Drive/I-40.
  • City of Del City - Engineering design for the rehabilitation of sewer lines in the vicinity of Vickie Drive, S.E. 19th Street to S.E. 29th Street, Phase II and Phase III.
  • City of Del City - Engineering plans and specifications for traffic signal plans for the installation of an Opticon system and signal upgrades along S.E. 29th Street.
  • City of Del City - Drainage study for Ray Trent Park and construction inspection services for the Ray Trent Park Trails Project.
  • City of Del City - Master Drainage Study and report for the entire City of Del City.
  • City of Mustang - Review of engineering plans submitted toSouth May Avenue in OKC the zoning and planning staff for approval of paving, sewer and water construction.
  • City of Mustang - 2-850 foot deep 20 inch diameter gravel pack water wells together with approximately 3000 lineal feet of gathering system water lines.
  • City of Mustang - Lift Station No. 2 located at SW 59th and Mustang Road. Capacity of 1,000,000 gallons per day.
  • City of Mustang - Wilson Lift Station at Czech Hall Road and SH 152
  • City of Mustang - Hughes Lift Station located near Sara Road and SH 152
  • City of Mustang - Anderson Lift Station at Frisco Road and SH 152
  • City of Mustang - Master water study making long range projections for the future growth of Mustang and the future needs in the well field and distribution system.
  • City of Mustang - Designed a 1.2 million gallon overhead water storage tower.
  • City of Mustang - Designed an increased capacity of a 1Mustang 1.5 Million gallon water standpipe million gallon ground storage tank to 1.5 million gallons.
  • City of Mustang - Design of water pump stations at the Oklahoma and Canadian County Line and on South Rockwell Ave.
  • Stone Creek Section II, subdivision in Midwest City on E. Reno Ave. East of Post Road.
  • Eastwood Subdivisions, Master planning and subdivision development for Eastwood Sections 2-13 in Midwest City.
  • Choctaw Creek Sections I and II in Choctaw on Harper Road between N.W. 10th and N.W. 23rd.
  • Aspen Park Sections I, II and III subdivisions in the City of Mustang.
  • City Engineers for Del City, Okarche, Mustang, Moore and Luther.

Other relevant experience includes work during the past 5 years for the cellular communication industry. We have been very active in providing site survey services to cellular companies throughout the Oklahoma, Texas and Arkansas region. We started working with Cellular One back in the late 1980's and continued to work with them when they became AT&T Wireless. We have completed nearly 200 sites for McCaw, Cellular One and AT&T Wireless in Oklahoma. In 2000-2001, we completed 40 site surveys for AT&T wireless in the Austin/Waco region of central Texas. Also in 2000-2001, we completed 60 sites with as-builts for Protostar Wireless in the Northeast Oklahoma/Arkansas border area. Additionally, JGVE, Inc. has worked with Cingular Wireless and Sprint Communications in the past year. JGVE, Inc. has also provided survey services to Nextel Communications in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma areas in 1998 and 1999.
